Cannot login to my Mozilla support account

Hello,

It's at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/auth
I've tried to reset my password several times but I'm not getting any conformation email and it's not in a spam folder tried with a different mail account with the same result.
My user name is valid tried re-register and it's already taken.

I know more people have this problem.
How can I contact mozilla or get this reset password link ?

Fascinating, but as shown on the right of this page, mozillaZine is independent of Mozilla.

Yes Frank I knew that but didn't find any alternatives...
I currently don't have Facebook or Twitter account and I Just cannot contact Mozilla.

I don't remember ever creating an account, and my only option is to use Sign In.

Used the "I forgot my username" link and entered an email address. Never got a response so it must be the wrong email.

Still have a couple of those to try. If I got a confirmation email it is long gone.

If you can do irc.mozilla.org you can ask in #sumo channel as some admins such as guigs may often be there during day. https://wiki.mozilla.org/IRC
