What is "skype for web"?
Does it use a Plugin?
Only Flash works in current FF.
Fire 750, bring back 250.

....... Skype Web is as same as the Desktop App accessible from your browser without having the app installed on your system.

https://web.skype.com/

It works on Google Chrome and Edge, probably on other browsers as well.

Also it workes in Firefox 32-bit, but not in Firefox 64-bit .......

....... yes, an extension needs to be installed as well.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that.

I thought Firefox would be updated to support this feature again, but apparently not .......

What's suggesting that Skype Web (or Web Skype) won't work for you with Firefox 64bit? It seems to load for me and 32bit or 64bit shouldn't really matter to a web site.
Do you see the same thing if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
