I have tried to change the font and background in different colour in Options Menu. For some reason it didn't change as I want and still show the blue font and white background which I don't want to see because I have the 32" front display panel TV which can be used as a monitor. I find white background is too much for me to see the whole screen. Can I change this or not? My Firefox Quantum version is 65.0.2 (64-bit). Please let me know how to change the colour in both with text and background.
Thank you,

In setting those color choices, did you also uncheck "Use System colors" and select "Override the colors specified by the page with your selections above" from the drop down menu?

I got them working now. Thanks
All you do is to choose "Always " and it works.
