Ctrl+V stopped in search bar (Linux)

I am on Manjaro Linux if this matters. For some time Ihave not been able to use Ctrl+V to paste in the duckduckgo search bar.

Any help?

I am sorry, I have forgotten to mention that the same occurs in Safe mode as well.

Yes, it does.

I am beginning to think this is a [censored] problem as it cannot be reproduced in other search engines.
