Hi,
Can someone tell me if the newest Firfox update has changed automatic play of youtube videos in new tabs?
Let me explain....
I am on a Youtube page watching a video, I decide to watch a different video in the same window and just click on the video I want to watch. The video just automatically plays.
However, if I want to watch the different video in a different tab, I open it in new tab and I then have to click the RED play symbol in the video frame for it to play.
Previously, I could click to open in a new tab and when I switched to that tab the video would just start playing.
I watch a lot of Youtube videos and it's a PAIN having to click to play the video when I just want it to play automatically.
Or is it just me this is happening to?

Here's some more info on it if you're interested: https://blog.mozilla.org/firefox/block-autoplay/
Do, or do not. There is no try.

That helps, some.
From what I saw, didn't see, I knew there had to more going on to account for peculiarities I was seeing.
(Article, published - after the fact, & still wasn't too clear - to me.)
