Anyone else seen similiar ? Probably rhetorical (?) since there is not compatiblity everywhere with everything
Of course browser updated (v57.0) at that time, but still no joy !
Called it in, they suggest "safari" or "chrome" alternate. A couple wks ago followup call to their online support same feedback and also stated (of course) they are working on it

Now either they are too lazy to reacquire compatibility with Firefox,
or they've been hacked(attempted) and not sharing yet with the population !?

p.s. also too lazy and not wishing to upload alternate browser but maybe it is just time to learn another !
