Hi since FF69 & FF69.01 I can't open my emails in telus web mail .
I gave it all the permissions but still won't work. I can open mail just fine in chrome but not FF. I have tried it in safe mode , no luck , I have phoned telus ,no luck. What else can I try ? Thanks ![]() Clear the browser cache (use menu path Tools->Options->Privacy & Security->Cached Web Content->click on "Clear Now" button.)
Delete any cookies relating to the site(s) involved (Tools->Options->Privacy & Security->History->Show Cookies button->Select and remove all cookies associated with YouTube). I did the cookies but did not find the Cached Web Content clear now button.
FF is already set to remove cache when it closes as well as cookies. ![]() You could try spoofing the user agent string in case Telus is browser sniffing and not recognizing Firefox 69 as a valid/permitted browser.
https://www.howtogeek.com/113439/how-to ... xtensions/ I'm not sure I wanna try that , I'm not that sure I could do that .
I don't wanna mess up FF by mistake . Any other suggestions , FF is my default browser don't wanna always go to Chrome to check my mail . It worked fine till FF 69 . As a test, create a new, clean Profile.
Visit telus & see if their webmail works in that Profile? Fire 750, bring back 250.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 SeaMonkey/2.0.14 Pinball CopyURL+ FetchTextURL FlashGot NoScript Ok , did that , then added extensions back 1 by 1 to see what would screw it up again .
It was Stylus . I compared the version in my normal profile and it wasn't current , it was somehow set not to update. Maybe I unset it , but I have not gone to my extensions in awhile now . Could FF 69 have set it not to update ? I have mail again . ![]()
