No audio when in a cam program

Also in a You Tube video going through the cam site that has a You Tube icon. And using that icon. But all audio works just fine all other place and DVD. It was suggested to update Fire Fox and when I check it is up to date.

To what cam program/site are you referring? Perhaps it's a site or program issue.
