Scrollbars

In the latest FF it is almost there in regard to elements in my white on black scheme. The only issue now is I can not see where the scrollbar is and the actual bar itself is hard to see. Can someone point me to the settings I need to change? I looked in about.config but not sure which ones to modify. Thanks.
I'd assume you need to use CSS in userContent.css (a optional file in the Chrome subdirectory in the profile) to do that. See https://github.com/Aris-t2/CustomCSSforFx/issues/160
However https://www.ghacks.net/2019/11/11/firef ... age-color/ mentions that "Starting with Firefox 72, Firefox will adapt the color of the scrollbar based on the background color of the visited page." One of the comments mentions using the Dark Reader add-on to tweak that for certain web sites. https://github.com/darkreader/darkreader has more information about the add-on.
