Delayed Typing & Slowness on PC

Recently I've experienced delayed typing when typing, slowness of PC, delayed curser showing of "Hand", getting message: "Web Page Slowing Down Browser", etc.

My Download/Upload speed are where they are suppose to be;

I've checked for virus and spy ware but found nothing.

Very annoying figuring out what's going on!

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Tried it in Safe Mode. Same thing.

However it seems to be only certain websites that have the problem and not others!

For example?

Home Depot (very slow to respond)

Lufthansa Airlines (slow but not as bad as Home Depot)

Most other websites are OK

Maybe it's the website and not my PC
