scroll to top not loading

I have been using scroll to top on several FF installations and PCs/laptops. On one the scroll to top simply does not load. I have tried different version from 4.8 to 4.91 and every time I open the settings I see this screen where none of the previously set options have made a mark. It is set to enabled in the add ons.

Can anyone tell me where scroll to top would save settings?

Not sure. I have a login and it is set to auto fill.

Can I load up images straight into the forum?
