I really hate the Firefox download manager, I keep missing the yellow warning dot when a download fails, resuming rarely works so I find I have to go back to source and start again, and often if I cancel a failed download the yellow warning dot stays so I think something else has failed.
If I search download manager on the forum all the results are really old
