Today updated to v 90 and everything is the same. No issues. :D

Clk 3-Bars/ Web Developer , Please..... Mine is a Blank Rectangle -- Do you get anything?
Rarely use it but don't know IF this implies other things may be an issue later.

Tried it, blank; restarted in Trouble Shooting Mode, equally blank.

Does not appear to me to be related to blank verse...

You can't fix the bug with a simple css tweak.

Mozilla said they aren't going to fix browser.proton.enabled=false bugs anymore.

Ah, so that's what proton is.
My mind doesn't speak proton. It deals much better with browser.proton.enabled;false.

Sounds like Proton or bust!
(Which would seem to mean that one day, soon, that Pref will be removed entirely.)
