I found the answer to my question, but I see the values are now behind.

There is now value for TLS 1.3, which I'm guessing is "4".

The mozillaZine KB has been in Read-only mode for over a couple years now so it is not possible for anybody to edit any mozillaZine KB articles. A lot of KB articles have been outdated before it was made Read-only.
Many of the kb articles at support.mozilla.org used the mozillaZine KB articles as a base and have been kept up to date more compared to here.

^This used to be a Global announcement for some time till January 2021, though that is not the original thread length as even the copy is shorter and tanstaafl messed up the original due to careless post splittings that I had to fix a bit of. But it gives the reasons for the KB being set to read only mode.
