background colors are off

This is on a Dell optiplex 9020, OS Win 10 Pro 64bit. When I installed Firefox (V48, that's all that I have). The Firefox background (every web page) that I look at is pure white. The same version of Firefox installed on my Gateway laptop, the colors are normal. How do I fix the colors on the Dell?

Not sure what means. Is that the most recent version of Firefox you choose to use?
What version is running on the laptop?
Under Tools->Settings->General->Fonts and Colors->Colors button have you set a different background color on the Dell than on the Gateway machine?

Are the colors having the same issue in other browsers as well? Please check it once
