Firefox w/ Noia 2.0
UPDATE: Decided to change firefox to a more consolidated look.
I used this page along with a icon only bookmarks toolbar. (Plus; the folders are shortened names)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/2006120418 Firefox/2.0.0.1

I did some similar stuff to h4xed, but got rid of the chrome altogether. I also like having my search box on the left. Have used Stylish scripts to replace various extensions, like well rounded for example, and to mod pages like google.images.co.uk and wiki. Stylish also changes my browsers appearance and function as much as any user.js or userchrome mods do.
The chromeless ability came from one of the MenuX buttons, main reason I installed that extension. Unlike F11 it still leaves my taskbar and any status/toolbar I want on show.

Most of the icons/symbols directly above the address bar are not extensions but are just links to various applications/programs.

Thanks,
The theme I'm using is Crystal Clear (great). You can get it here:

The other two things you see in my Google picture are Firefox:dark theme and Google:pastel blue, which are scripts from Userstyles.org.
Glad you like it. I just love the Crystal Clear and also the pastel blue Google.
