Yep the HOSTS file from above rocks, no need for Adblock. The offending link in the OP www.clicksor.com was blocked from my HOSTS file hence no popup/under.
Haven't used Adblock in quite a while, I find using a HOSTS file along with NoScript blocks pretty much everything that would be annoyng.

I had good luck in FIREFOX of getting rid of NETFLIX by going to TOOLS..AD ONS...get ad ons...typed in ADBLOCK PLUS...ad to FIREFOX...I took the url of NETFLIX and copied it to Preferences on ABP
