1101 vs 1108 versions and refused connections

After moving to the 1108 nightly version (and making a new profile) I have problems with certain sites. In general the browser works well, but the bloomberg sites that display tables of market data or graphs often fail to load giving message "connection refused". Repeated tries will sometimes get the page to load. I may be seeing the same problem with CNN money sites. I went back to the 1101 version and the problems at all these sites resolved. This looks like a bug in the more recent Phoenix nightly (for Windows) builds.
