hi..
i downloaded phoenix 4 for linux...but i dont know how to run it..would yo help me a bit..?

tar zxvf phoenix*.tar.gz in your home directory
~/phoenix/phoenix to run it

do i need to install mozilla?
it gives that error...
"./phoenix-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

You do not have to install Mozilla.

Problem here is most likely with your version of Linux which is lacking the libstdc++ version of the library. Type
<pre>
ldd ./phoenix-bin
</pre>
You should see something like this
<pre>
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 => /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 (0x404c4000)
<pre>
I have a feeling you won't. What version and distribution are you running ?
