How do I turn password manager off?
This feature is a real pain in the neck; there ought to be an option to turn it off.

There *might* be (I have not tested this as I use password manager too frequently at Bugzilla to ever want to turn it off).

Copy this into the location bar and browse to it:

chrome://communicator/content/pref/pref.xul

This is the old Mozilla preferences interface. Eventually the prefs therein should be incorporated into Phoenix's preferences interface.
