Long Press Back Button Behavior

When I long press Back arrow button the Firefox used to show one bank form submission url and on selecting it it used to enter into Bank payment again.

But with Firefox 68 (latest version) I'm not able to find this same bank url in history.

Case scenario: I daily make payments. Now if it goes in a bank and it's not working then I want to restart a POST form submission so that I can go to different bank to make payment at this time

But a specific restart URL is not found when pressing back button.

But in older Firefox ( 58 etc) this URL is there.

(At first was only half thinking & associated 58 with "Legacy", & was going to chalk it up to operational differences between FF & Quantum, but then I realized that 58 is Quantum as well, so that's weird that 68 doesn't work.)

I zeroed down to last version 57.04 which is showing this bank url.

Any idea why it does not work in versions beyond?
