Feature Request: Grouping multiple open tabs together

Wouldn't it be nice if Firefox automatically grouped similar open tabs together into a sort of "dropdown list" tab similar to how Windows Taskbar can group together similar tasks?
So say, for example, I have five tabs open of different articles on Wikipedia - Firefox notices that: a. there are tabs of webpages from the same domain and b. there are currently too many tabs open -- then it groups together those tabs into a single 'Wikipedia' tab. This would save heaps of space, especially when you start having heaps of tabs open! I guess for implementation, it would check the above conditions each time a new tab is opened, and sees if the new tab that is open would cause both conditions to be satisfied... my first post hehe

Hi & welcome,
I don't know of or use this extension but I believe it may do what you require. If the plain version is glitchy, use the Dev Build... I suggest you read the comments/remarks. > https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1122 > http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9864 Ancient Amateur Astronomer

Hey, thanks for the quick reply!
The add-on is pretty cool and does a lot of neat stuff and loads of features, but I don't think it has the feature I described. Anyway, still pretty cool extension... I recommend you try it out hehe...
