Dns and ip management

What about saving the ip of mostly used sites to increase the connection speed, like Tweakmaster (www.tweakmaster.com) can do?

You could put them in your hosts file.

I guess that's what Tweakmaster does automatically. Moz/Phoenix has a DNS lookup cache (as other common browsers, too), and I never experienced real speed gains by using such tools.

Depends on your Windows version. Do a search in your Windows directory for a file called "HOSTS".
