FF and Lastpass

I'm going out on a limb here, because FF is so tweakable. Starting with FF 44, the entries in LastPass 3.31 won't alphabetize and in LastPass 4, you can alphabetize, but the toolbar and sidebar are gone. We've already talked about it on the LastPass forum, that there were 2 bad choices on the part of LastPass.

Is there a tweak that will force FF to put the LP toolbar or sidebar back? LP unfortunately, isn't open-source.
