How do i get Firefox 52.3.0 ESR to work with Java?

On Windows you need 32-bit Firefox and 32-bit Java Plugin. The Win64 Firefox only allows the 64-bit Flash Player and Silverlight Plugins like before. Though I see you are using 32-bit Firefox as per the WOW64.
Ok, yes im useing a 32 bit browser because firefox ESR 64bit dosent support as many plugins - anyway im useing 13-15 diffremt browsers Most of them are 32 bit browsers. I think 64 bit browsers use more system power and dosent load as fast as a 32 bit browsers.
