Can anyone explain the reasoning for why FF has never (IIRC) had a tab toggle feature for the two most recent active tabs (using the mouse - not kb shortcuts).
I loved this feature provided with the Tab Mix Plus (TMP) extension - but of course that's now history with the advent of FF Quantum.
To be clear, this feature worked the same as Windows 10 Taskbar - left-click any task icon repeatedly - and the displayed window toggled between the prior and current active windows. Nice and simple and logical.
So why not the same for FF tabs??

This will give you a single mouse click toggle with a toolbar icon:

Thx Zeke! This one also does the same: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... tabtoggle/ZekeBlue wrote:This will give you a single mouse click toggle with a toolbar icon:

Still really lame that the tab icon can't be clicked to toggle. How stupid!
I'm betting no one ever answers my question because there is no good answer.
