Keep original timestamp when dragging bookmark outside

When I occasional drag a bookmark outside of the Firefox Bookmark Manager into Windows File Explorer then the "Last modified" time for the shortcut file is the current date+time.

Actually it should be the "added" timestamp from inside Firefox Bookmark Manager since the bookmark is NOT changed but only moved/copied.

This should be fixed in next release of Firefox.
At least as an option.

Moving to Firefox Support as this is not a bug.

No, that would be a Windows issue. You are creating a new file under Windows when you do that so it gets the current date.
