Is there a place where I can see what certain text formatting means in bugzilla? Like when a bug is italicized or bold or red?

As best I can tell they're to draw one's attention to certain bugs.

Red bugs are ones with a severity level of critical.
Italicised bugs are enhancement requests and so are likely to be ignored by devs who are working on getting rid of actual bugs rather than implementing new features.
