firtst of all I have to say, that Phoenix is really great! I've used 0.3 and now 0.4 and like the user interface which lets me make use of the keyboard for many features.
Actually my problem is, that the list in the "Blocked Popups" dialogue is empty, when I click the "I" symbol. I've read the 0.4 release notes and I have deleted the Phoenix-directory before installing the new release. I also added a new profile. But the list is empty and I don't see a way to access popups that I really need. I'm using W2KSP3 and I can remember that the same behvior was reported in the old forums, but I didn't find a solution.
