Running version 3.5.8 and the bug still exists.

As nobody has given steps to reproduce, nobody can fix it as it virtually impossible to know if it is a real bug or just people tearing a tab off, which is a feature.

It happens on 13.0.1 too, it happens randomly. It has nothing to do with you dragging the tab, it's definitely a bug.
