No hand cursor when hovering over links

In the last two nightlies (20021128 and 20021129) I don't get a hand cursor in NT4/SP6 when hovering over links, just the standard cursor for the hovered element. Up to and including the previous build (20021126) it worked as expected. Anybody else seeing something like this?

i get this with windows 95 with the latest nightlies.

Get this with 11-28-2002 NT4 too. IMHO, this bug is a showstopper for 0.5.
