how do i make Outlook Express work

how do i make Outlook Express work with Phoenix? i have set phoenix as my default browser, but links in Outlook Express always open with Internet Explorer, and its really annoying.

im using winxp sp1, phoenix 0.4

Outlook Express? Hu. Hu.

I do not like Mozilla Mail, but Outlook is too dangerous. Perhaps there will be an evolution port to windows...

dont care about that, coz i set outlook express not to acept attachment files
