Control-Enter in Url Bar

Is there a bug to revert the control-enter behavior in the url bar? In .4 it was changed to add www. and .com to the current url text. This emulates IE, but breaks major issues of consistency and learned behavior.

At the very least, the code should check for http:// at the beginning of the url bar and not add www. I'm about 2 weeks into detraining myself on control enter and it still happens a couple times a day. *Prevent User Error*
