Scrollbar not working in cookie manager dialog in 20021202

Am using Linux 20021202 build of Phoenix, when I open the cookie manager dialog, I cannot use the scrollbar
in that dialog to scroll down the list of cookies. I can use the arrow keys however, I clicked on the scrollbar handles as well as tried to drag the scrollbar but no luck

Anybody else see similar behaviour
