Bookmarks Toolbar behavior after use of Customize window

Normally when the Bookmarks Toolbar has more links than will fit on it, it displays a >> button. If you click on the >> button you get a dropdown menu that displays the other links (overflow list). I use that feature a lot.

Whenever you open the View > Toolbars > Customize window, the Bookmarks Toolbar displays the icon of the first link in the overflow list instead of the >> button.

The >> button can be restored by clicking on the Maximize button. If you are using a maximized Phoenix window, you click what is called in Windows the "Restore Down" button, the click the Maximize button. Everything is back to normal.

An annoyance that requires extra hoop-jumping, but not a browser-halting bug.
