Keyboard Shortcuts and Flash

Post by XL »

Is it a bug or a feature or just not possible to do it differently:
when the mouse pointer is in an area, where there is a Flash application,
none of the keyboard shortcuts work any more (CTRL-Keys, etc.).

You can (usually) test it at www.spiegel.de on the right hand side.

On Win98SE clicking outside the Flash area restores the ability to use keyboard shortcuts.

This is a known Mozilla bug and is in Bugzilla. It has to do with other plugins such as Acrobat Reader, too. It has also already been discussed on this board.
