Hi folks,
I currently use RemotelyAnywhere for my remote control needs. It has the great ability to be tunnelled though http or https which makes it work about anywhere including from behind restrictive company firewalls and such (especially if you set it up at port 80).
The RA server has HTTP and HTTPS on the same port. I do not know why but anyway this is the way it is. So in my setup this is port 80. When I click the login button with the SSL checkbox on I get a connection refused message. IE handles this OK, it retrieves the https://host:80/ url while phoenix tries to get the https://host/ url which obviously leads to port 443. My firewall refuses it and I get the "Connection refused" message. This may have something to do with the way phoenix handles default ports (80,443). Apparently the port is removed when it should not.
Cheers,
Nidhogg
