Ive tried to disable Middle click(scroll button) to prevent open new tabs and windows without luck.
Used this:
about:config
middlemouse.openNewWindow False

Did you check Windows Control Panel Mouse settings. Its possible that the behavior is set/controlled by the OS and can be changed there.

Re: FIREFOX 43.0.4 MIDDLE CLICK BUG
Updated my FF to 44.0 bug still persists:
middlemouse.contentLoadURL True
browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick False
middlemouse.openNewWindow False
scroll button keeps opening links in new windows.
Is there a way to prevent Middle click to open new windows and tabs?

It is not an AND, it is an OR.
You can set middle-click to either open a new window OR a new tab.
There is no setting (that I am aware of) to disable middle-click, if that is what you are looking for?
Perhaps through mouse software or Keyconfig (or not)?
