If you bookmark a URL with a non-standard port, Awesomebar will try to suggest the domain without the port, even if you've never visited it.
To recreate:
Bookmark https://somedevserver.dev:9090
(Clear your history if you want to be extra sure)
Begin typing in the address bar: somedevserver
The suggestions will be
1. somedevserver.dev/ - visit
2. Some Dev Server - somedevserver.dev:9090 (title tag & star icon because it's bookmarked)
It would make more sense if the bookmarked URL was at least suggested first, and not the bare domain which has never been visited.
Let me know if you have any questions or need any more details. It's not new in FF48 but it's still happening as of today

Re: Awesomebar suggests wrong origin
I forgot to mention, but also note that it suggests the domain without https
I have a lot of https:// urls in my history, but Awesomebar tries to suggest the non-https domains even though I've never visited them.
