The problem is with WAYN cookie warnings that appears on every page I visited at bottom more than three times as shown in the attachment with Firefox browser with cookies and third party are enabled something very silly. How do I fix this issue?

Use a compressed image format like .png or .jpg and please do not post large images that break the forum layout, use thumbnails instead or only post a link.
If you need a place to host a screenshot... Note the "Uploading for general use" section of the document.

If I use Ublock Origin, Cookiesok could stop Wayn notifications.
