I have my default download directory set as "C:\Downloads".
But it always downloads to "D\Aviation-Related" after I start FF after a cold boot to the system.
Even if I do not DL to that dir for days or weeks.
If I sleep my PC after I set the DL Dir to C\Downloads it stays with C:\downloads. But after I shut down, next day it is back to D:\aviation-related.
It's irritating because I don't always remember to check where the DL is going and my aviation dir gets loaded with non-relevant stuff, which I have to move.

Is there a way to force my default dir to what it is set too?
