Hello gang.
I am using Firefox on an iMac running Yosemite. Ever since the recent update (Jun or July 2017) my web inspector is buggy.
So, when I try to locate one single element, it can't do it. Rather, it will select the entire page or just a parent div. But even as it does this, the window goes dark, like a heavy overlay. However, if I click anywhere on the actual page, then do a refresh of my browser, it works perfectly fine, unless I try to do some live edits, then we're back to the dark "overlay".
I literally need to refresh the page every time I want to select a new element to edit.
Any thoughts?
B.

Version 54.0.1 (64-bit) - the latest.
It automatically updates, so it would be from the version before. I only started having issues a week or two ago.
