Hello,
I am using 78.4.0esr (32-bit) and under Privacy & Security, whenever I am going to clear data/cookies then its not deleted fully. It's always shows: Your stored cookies, site data, and cache are currently using 698 KB of disk space.
I have already setup Never Remember History and every-time I always Clear History.
How can I delete all stored cookies, site data, and cache?

Have you tried starting Firefox in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
If no improvement using Safe Mode, do you have the same problem if you create a new profile and test it with no extensions or non-default themes installed?
