hardware video acceleration won't work (Linux)
I cannot make firefox 103 use hardware video acceleration on linux. When I set media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled to true it responds by setting gfx.blacklist.vaapi to 4 and gfx.blacklist.vaapi.failureid to FEATURE_FAILURE_VAAPI_TEST_FAILED and decodes video using CPU only. Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 - good for anything up to 8-bit H.265, Nvidia video drivers 470.129.06 (recommended), VDPAU and VAAPI are installed, chromium, vlc and mpv have no issues with hw accel on this system. Any ideas?

Does HA fail only when media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled is set?
As is if you don't set media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled, is HA enabled at that point?

Fire 750, bring back 250.
