I'm unable to drag a virtual account number generated by the Citi credit card system on to the box for credit card numbers on any web site. When I attempt to do this the credit card number is dragged with the mouse pointer but when I attempt to drop it a black circle with a black diagonal line precedes the number and the drop fails. The drag-n-drop technique is provided by the Citi VAN system for those who wish not to use IE.

Has anyone got any ideas if this is a bug or a Firefox setting needs changing ?

The circle with the bar indicates that drag'n'drop is not allowed for that control.
I don't know if drag'n'drop is generally allowed for input fields on web pages.

I'm experiencing this problem too. Since it's over a year since this posting I'd like to ask if I'm the only one seeing this now, or if it's still not possible to drag Citi virtual account numbers into FireFox (as is possible with Internet Explorer).
I like FireFox!
