Firefox Locks up on Intel Mac

Which version of the Shockwave Flash plugin are you guys using? You can check this by entering about:plugins in the address bar. I am using 9.0 r20 and Firefox 2.0 works without a hitch on my Macbook rev A.

I have Shockwave Flash 9.0 r20 in my Intel iMac, 2ghz, 250 ram, OS X 10.4.8. It is working with no problems.

I'm having problems with Firefox 2.0 freezing when I try to quit. It's the same for both of my Macs (a 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo MacBook and a 400 MHz G3 iMac): the Firefox window disappears but the Firefox menu and the black triangle under the Firefox icon in the Dock do not disappear. When that happens, the only way I can get Firefox to respond is to force quit. It happens only upon quitting. Other than that, Firefox works fine for me. Any ideas?

Can someone tell me how i go about deleting the Google Toolbar add-on?

When i go to TOOLS > ADD-ONS - its not there to delete.
