does anybody know why the frames at this site
http://www.derstandard.at
are not working correctly? With mozilla everything is ok.

Works for me. Site's identical in both appearance and functionality in Phoenix and IE.

seems to work fine with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021110 Phoenix/0.4

Don't you get white borders (top, left and bottom) instead of the site navigation

Nope. I seem to get full site functionality. At any rate, I get exactly the same as I get when I load the page in IE.

I don't have borders frame with phoenix ! (but well with mozilla !)

You might wish to update your Phoenix to the latest nightly build and see if it works. I'm not even sure if you use Phoenix 0.4?
