1116 and the closing mouse gesture: still broken

I've just tried 1116 and the mouse gesture for closing tabs is still broken (it crashed phoenix). The bug is not related to tabs only, it also happens when there are several windows opened and one is closed. Should I file a bug report ? And if so on phoenix or on mouse gestures ?
