If you already have a profile from before, 20021105 works.

If you, like I, completely deleted all Phoenix files for a fresh install, "She's a broke".

The latest builds don't create a default user when first initialized by the Phoenix.exe.

You gotta create a special short cut and path the "-profilemanager" switch after the exe target with the quotes and a space after the target path.

Then you can create the profile and the browser works. Without a profile, Phoenix won't do anything except open up a dead window.
