I got fed up with GM, and not being able to access my scripts, so i moved to Scriptish (Does the same, uses same scripts, but more Fx4 compatible)
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/231203/

Just copy your GM scripts over to the Scriptish scripts folder from the GM scripts folder in your profile directory.

Dude.. life saver
thank you thank you

Greasemonkey is borked since the TM merge. (http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/56b07ce2d65c)

Any way to fix it?

Is Scriptish working?

Then it's time to try Scriptish. Thanks.

Scriptish doesn't seem to save scripts from session to session. I keep loosing them on restart. And GM doesn't work for me at all. ID:20101013163957

you appear to be using a older minefield?

Edit: I installed a random script, and yes, it was gone on restart. Only my older scripts remained.
I guess we just have to play the waiting game. Not too bad i guess, as the scripts i do use, seem to do what they are supposed to do.

Also, greasemonkey has released a new beta today https://arantius.com/misc/gm-nightly/gr ... 4.beta.xpi
It seems be holding new script installs so far.

This latest GM is not working for me with latest Fx Nightlies (32 Bit). As soon as I enable GM in the Add-On Bar and it is executed on a website, Firefox ist just crashing.

Anybody confirm or got a fix?

edit: Same problem with Scriptish!

Both will probably have to be updated to reflect the recent changes.

Check your scripts, some cause a crash, others work as expected.

myzar74 wrote:no script , scriptish greasemonkey and any extension dealing with evalsandbox is triggering https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=604368 and firefox will happily crash, adblock doesn't crash but it's dealing with a similar bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=604346 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=604420 and the symptom is flash or plugins not loading.

So if firefox is crashing first try with no extensions

Thanks!

So we need a fix for that :)
